• Phase 1: The first two days of injection you are to eat as much as possible. During these two days fatty rich foods are encouraged. It is in your best interest to not hole back during these two initial days as it will aid you in your weight loss in the days ahead.
• Phase 2: The third day of injection is when you begin the strict 500 calorie diet as prescribed. You will continue the injections for 40 days.
• Phase 3: After your 40 days of injection you will continue the 500 calorie diet for 3 more days without the injections. This is part of the maintaining phase of the diet and is very important.
• Phase 4: Maintaining Phase-You will continue for the next 3 weeks to diet with no caloric restrictions, the only restriction is to have no starches or sugars.
• You have to allow a 6 week span of time between HCG Diet Treatments. It consists of 3 weeks of maintenance and 3 weeks of eating regular and then you can start the diet up again.
